Booking Policy To secure an appointment at BareBeautyBar, a non-refundable deposit of $15 is required. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. No deposit = no appointment — no exceptions. ⸻ Late Policy We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments: • At 15 minutes or later, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. No-call/no-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the card on file being charged 50% of the service cost. Please be respectful of our time, as that spot could have been given to another client. ⸻ Rescheduling & Cancellation We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule: • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. • Your initial deposit may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment. • After one reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. ⸻ Terms & Conditions By booking an appointment and entering your payment details, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies above.
